Delivery
Junge provides UPS delivery on all orders to Europe.

Expected delivery times:
Denmark: 1-3 business days.
Europe: 1-5 business days.

All of our packages are insured and include a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, Junge covers the cost of shipping. Simply visit our return portal here to receive your free shipping label.

Returning Items and Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without providing a reason. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to cancel some or all of them. The cancellation period ends 30 days after you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items and we cannot deliver all of them at once, your cancellation period begins when you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) receives the last item. If the cancellation period ends on a public holiday, Sunday, Saturday, Constitution Day (5 June), Christmas Eve (24 December), or New Year’s Eve (31 December), the cancellation period will be extended to the next working day.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please send an email stating your decision to cancel to info@junge.eu.

You cannot cancel or refuse to receive an item or fail to collect it without simultaneously notifying us that you are exercising your right to cancel by emailing info@junge.eu. Danish customers may use the statutory standard cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can access the form here.

Your cancellation is valid as long as you send your cancellation request before the cancellation period expires.

Returning Items and Associated Costs
If you have decided to cancel your purchase, you must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14 days have passed.

If you do not use our return portal, your return package must include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice, or other documentation of your purchase.

Items cannot be returned as collect on delivery or to a collection point. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, which is a flat fee of 5€. Ensure that the item is carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them.

Refunds with Cancellation of Purchase
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs.

We will refund the amount without unnecessary delay and, under all circumstances, no later than 14 days from the day we received your cancellation notification. However, we may withhold refunds until we have received the returned items or until you have provided documentation that the items have been returned.

We will reimburse your money using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees related to the reimbursement.

Trying Out an Item and Packaging
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You may normally examine the item in the same way that you would in a store, but you may not use it. If the item has been used in a way that is not permitted or possible in a store, and we cannot resell it for its full price, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund. If the item no longer has any resale value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

The item must be returned in its original packaging. Ensure that it is carefully packaged when returned. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints – If There Is Something Wrong with an Item
As a consumer, you have a right to complain for a period of 24 months. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain promptly, you have the initial right to have the item repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done within a reasonable period, you may receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

A defect includes manufacturing or material faults or incorrect information about the item. Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by you does not constitute a defect. If you discover a defect, you must submit a complaint to us "within a reasonable period." We recommend that you do so as quickly as possible, especially if the damage is related to transport.

If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, this is still considered within a reasonable period. If the complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable and necessary shipping costs.

If you believe the item has a defect, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem.

Please note that returned items must always be properly packaged, and you should obtain a receipt for the shipment. Keep the postal receipt, including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Complaints Process
If you wish to make a complaint regarding an item purchased from us, you can submit it to the Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can also submit a complaint to the Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to submit a complaint, particularly if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must include our email address: info@junge.eu.
